Shipping

Shipping charges for products purchased inside the continental US varies by product. If you live outside of the states, contact us for a shipping quote. 

Many of our items are one of a kind and will ship within 3 - 5 days of your purchase date. You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.  

If your rug is out of stock or backordered we will reach out and let you know as soon as possible.

 

Returns

When it comes to rugs, we realize that seeing is believing. We offer complimentary designer rug selection and visualization services to help you better understand how the rug works in your home. Email orders@swoonrugs.com for more information about the visualization services provided. 

We want to make returns easy for you. Contact us at orders@swoonrugs.com within 14 days of rug delivery if you wish to return an item. Our return policy varies by product type. 

  •  All jute rug returns will incur a 25% restocking fee on top of all shipping charges. Samples can be ordered ahead of time. 
  • All non-jute rugs are returnable for a store credit, minus all shipping charges, when you contact us within 14 days of rug delivery. We will email you a shipping label for your return.  
  • We will happily accept returns of unused items in the same condition in which they were shipped. 
  • A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a store credit once we receive your returned product(s). Your store credit never expires, and can be used on any future purchase(s).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will receive a partial refund depending on the amount of damage. 

Return Shipping
To return your product, contact us at orders@swoonrugs.com, for directions. Return shipping location varies by product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
